The Opportunity

This is a full-time role for someone who loves working with people, thrives on achieving results, and wants to be part of a skilled, supportive dealership setting.

You’ll work with a strong mix of new and quality used vehicles, supported by experienced leadership, solid systems, and a steady flow of enquiries.

What You’ll Be Doing

Welcoming customers and delivering a standout, sales experience

Managing enquiries across showroom, phone and digital leads

Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle and ownership solution

Negotiating and closing deals with confidence and integrity

Managing vehicle deliveries and memorable handovers

Maintaining CRM accuracy and pipeline follow-up

Working closely with Finance & Insurance and Aftersales to maximise customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

Automotive sales experience preferred, but not essential

Previous experience in any sales role is required

Solid communication and negotiation skills

Motivated, reliable and professional

Current driver’s licence

Availability to work Saturdays (with RDOs provided through the week)

Applicants must have Australian work rights with all work visas accepted
