About the Role
You will be supported every step of the way and trained in all aspects of medical reception, including:
Welcoming patients and providing a warm, skilled first impression
Appointment scheduling and patient enquiries
Medical billing, Medicare and private health fund processes
General administrative and clinic support duties
About You
Unsure exactly where your career is heading, but keen to learn and be guided
Friendly, reliable, and well-presented
Robust communication and people skills

Previous medical experience not required - full training provided
