Are you an Occupational Therapist looking for a new role? We are open to applications from candidates looking for 3, 4 or 5 days of work a week.
About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to older adults living in the community, with the opportunity to see the direct impact of your work every day.
Working within a supportive multidisciplinary team and reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will help clients maintain their independence and safety through tailored assessments, goal-focused interventions, and environmental modifications.
Your work will enable older people to remain living confidently in their own homes and continue engaging in the activities that matter to them.
You will work closely with clients, families, Case Managers, and allied health professionals to deliver coordinated, person-centred care aligned with individual goals and preferences. This role requires regular travel across the community to visit clients in their homes.
This is a rewarding opportunity to join a supportive and team-oriented team as a full-time Occupational Therapist, based in either Devonport, Launceston, or Hobart. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated clinician with a strong client-centred approach, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for supporting older adults.
