As a Job Coach, you'll empower people to build confidence, develop skills and take steps towards employment. You'll be part of a team that lives our values of Integrity, Compassion, Determination and Thriving Together, making a positive impact in local communities every day.
What You'll Do:
Build robust relationships and motivate clients throughout their employment journey
Help clients develop confidence, skills and job readiness
Connect clients with employment opportunities through local employers and our Employer Engagement team
Support people to maintain employment and overcome challenges
Work with community partners and support services to achieve positive outcomes.
Maintain accurate records and meet compliance requirements
Qualifications
No Employment Services experience? No problem. We'll provide the training, support and tools you need to thrive.
You might come from:
Customer service
Retail
Hospitality
Healthcare
Community services
Call centres
Recruitment
Sales
Or any role where you've supported, guided or worked closely with people.
You'll succeed if you have:
A passion for helping others achieve their goals.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills

A current Australian driver's licence
