Salary & Benefits
Base Salary: $70,000–$90,000 + Super + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonus
With an uncapped commission structure, your income is driven by your performance—there is no limit to what you can earn.

About the Role
This is more than a sales role.
You'll become a trusted advisor who helps clients design smarter, more comfortable, and more energy-efficient homes.
Working alongside our engineering and design teams, you'll guide customers from initial consultation through to project handover.
This is a full-time, office-based position located in
St Leonards, Sydney
, with regular client meetings and site visits.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Generate new business opportunities
Build relationships with homeowners, architects, builders, developers and designers
Conduct consultations and understand client requirements
Prepare quotations and smart-home proposals
Follow up leads and manage opportunities through the sales pipeline
Achieve monthly sales targets
Client Relationship Management
Deliver exceptional customer service
Coordinate with engineering and project teams
Maintain accurate CRM records
Support project handovers and customer satisfaction
Marketing & Brand Promotion
Participate in exhibitions and industry events
Assist with marketing campaigns
Represent Homira professionally across all customer touchpoints
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys both technology and people.
You'll ideally have:
3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
Strong communication and presentation skills
Confidence speaking with homeowners and construction professionals
Excellent organisational skills
A proactive, self-motivated attitude
Current Australian Driver Licence
Experience in any of the following industries will be highly regarded:
Smart Home
Electrical
Building & Construction
HVAC
Lighting
Security
Property
AV
Home Technology
Knowledge of KNX, home automation, or residential construction is advantageous but not essential—full training will be provided.
