We're partnering with a large, purpose-driven organisation seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to support senior leaders across a diverse operational portfolio. This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role where you'll provide commercial insight, influence strategic decision-making and help shape the financial performance of a complex business. The role centres on financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and business partnering across multiple portfolios.

The Opportunity
Reporting into the Finance leadership team, you'll become a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing commercial insights that improve business performance and support informed decision-making.
You'll play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, monthly reporting and business case development while partnering closely with operational leaders to identify opportunities, manage costs and support future growth.



The position also offers exposure to process improvement initiatives, financial systems and strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to provide commercial financial advice
Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
Deliver financial modelling, scenario analysis and cost-benefit assessments
Prepare monthly management reporting, KPI analysis and performance insights
Develop business cases to support investment and growth initiatives
Analyse financial and operational data to identify risks and opportunities
Support continuous improvement across reporting, budgeting and finance processes
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation
About You
To be successful, you'll bring:
CA or CPA qualification
Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance
Strong experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A; or Management Accounting
Advanced budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capability
Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders
Robust Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems such as TechnologyOne, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics or similar. Exposure to Power BI will be highly regarded.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement
