Warehouse Coordinator / Procurement Officer / General Duties

We're a well-established electrical contracting company based in Warriewood looking for a reliable, organised and hands‑on team member to join our business.

This is a wide-ranging role that combines warehouse management, procurement, deliveries and general operational support. No two days are the same, making it ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy and taking ownership of their work.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:
Managing warehouse stock levels and maintaining an organised warehouse.
Ordering and replenishing electrical materials and consumables.
Receiving, checking and storing incoming deliveries.
Preparing and picking materials for upcoming jobs.
Delivering materials to our job sites across Sydney.
Collecting surplus materials and rubbish from job sites.
Liaising with suppliers to source materials and ensure timely deliveries.
Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory levels.
Assisting with general warehouse and operational duties as required.
Supporting our electricians and project team to keep jobs running efficiently.





About You

To be successful in this role you will have:
A current Australian driver's licence (essential).
Experience in warehouse, stores, procurement or logistics.
Strong organisational skills and attention todetail.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed.
Positive communication skills and a team-first approach.
Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential).

Electrical industry experience will be highly regarded. An understanding of electrical products and components will allow you to accurately identify, source and replenish stock, making you an invaluable part of our team.
