Ceragon Networks in Australia seeks an experienced Customer Support Engineer to provide high-level technical support for Ceragon's microwave and IP transport solutions. You will troubleshoot complex network issues and work directly with customers to ensure service levels are met.

You will diagnose IP/MPLS settings, configure routers and firewalls from major vendors, and collaborate with NOC and field engineers to maintain network performance and reliability. On-call rotations may be required.
