We're now looking for an enthusiastic and creativeFood Technologistto join our Innovation team and help develop the next generation of products.

About the Role

This is an exciting prospect for someone who enjoys taking products from concept through to commercial production.

Working closely with our Commercial, Production and Quality teams, you'll develop cutting-edge food solutions, coordinate factory trials, support customers and help continuously improve our manufacturing processes.

No two days are the same.

You'll be involved in:
Developing new products from concept to commercialisation




Conducting laboratory and factory trials
Improving existing formulations
Preparing product specifications and technical documentation
Supporting customer projects
Working with suppliers on new ingredients
Ensuring compliance with FSANZ and food safety standards
Supporting continuous improvement across the business

About You

You'll ideally bring:
Degree in Food Science or Food Technology
Experience in Food Product Development with a focus on fruit prep or stabilised prep being advantageous
Experience within food manufacturing
Knowledge of food regulations and labelling
Excellent organisational ability
Passion for innovation
High attention to detail
Commercially minded with client-facing experience
