, is looking for a passionate
Assistant Coordinator
to assist with managing the service and providing engaging programs for our primary-age children.
This
permanent part-time
prospect offers
25 hours per week
. You'll work
Monday to Friday
in split shifts across our programs:

Rise then Shine Program
– Morning shifts (6:30am – 9:00am)
?
Stay and Play Program
– Afternoon shifts (2:50pm – 6:00pm)
?️
Holiday HQ Program
– Extra hours available during school holidays (7:00am – 6:00pm)
What You'll Be Doing – Your Adventure Starts Here!

Your role will include:
Leading fun-filled programs
where children explore everything from STEM and sports to arts & crafts (whatever sparks their imagination!).
Fostering strong connections
with children, parents, and the school community to create a nurturing environment.
Managing a team
of passionate Educators, including organizing rosters and helping them grow in their roles.
Assisting with overseeing the
day-to-day operations




of the service, ensuring everything runs smoothly, including
compliance and administration
