The Role
ProMinent Australia has seen an unprecedented demand for our products and services in recent years, delivering further growth opportunities to our business.
Supporting our NSW Service Team and our strong customer base, the role will assist our business with the following:
Provide a friendly and helpful first contact for the ProMinent NSW Service Department customers
Liaising directly with customers to schedule service appointments and keep them regularly updated
Checking account terms and purchase orders
Organising new accounts for first time customers
Liaising directly with Team Leaders and Service Technicians to make sure they have the information required to carry out the customers service requirements
Keeping track of all Company/Team Leaders and Service Technicians - Insurances, Licences, Certificates, inductions and forwarding to customers on request.
Monitoring Training expiry dates and organising/Booking, Trainings/Refreshes
In conjunction with the Team Leaders, driving the system processes for the operation of the NSW Service Department.
Scheduling/Reporting/Invoicing
In conjunction with the Team Leaders, organising and recording regular Service Team meetings
Raise stock transfers for Team Leaders and Service Technicians
Basic Quotations
Checking Service Reports and processing for invoicing
