About the role
The Donor & Surrogacy Coordinator plays animportant role at Monash IVF, providing ongoing, compassionate support toprospective donors, recipients, surrogates, and intended parents throughouttheir journey. Delivering exceptional customer service with empathy,professionalism, and discretion, you will directly enhance the overall patientexperience. This role requires strong organisational skills, meticulousattention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive situations with care.

Your responsibilities will include:
Providehigh-quality, compassionate support to patients, ensuring all interactionsare respectful, responsive, and patient-centred
Ensurecompliance with regulatory requirements for donors, recipients,surrogates,



and intended parents
Maintainup-to-date knowledge of relevant regulatory guidelines and standards
Coordinateand manage multiple patient allocations, supporting progression toassisted reproductive treatment
Overseethe selection and allocation process of donors to recipients
Maintainaccuratedonor and inventory records
Collaborateand liaise with internal departments and key stakeholders on donor-relatedmatters
Soundunderstanding of state based legislation and regulations
About You
TheDonor & Surrogacy Coordinator will demonstrate a genuine interestin the fertility industry, with a particular focus on donor and surrogacyprograms, and a strong sensitivity to the needs of patients throughouttheirjourney. This role is well suited to individuals with a backgroundinDonor and Surrogacy, andhealthcare, who bring a patient-centredapproach, clinical understanding, and the ability to navigate complex andsensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
Ideally, you will bring:
Previousexperience in Donor & Surrogacy(highly regarded)
Experiencemanaging patient expectations and providing explicit, supportive information
Astrong understanding of donor (egg, sperm, embryo) and surrogacy programsand processes
Abilityto work cohesively within an established team
Knowledgeof relevant legislation, regulations, and guidelines relating to donor andsurrogacy




Acompassionate and empathetic approach, particularly during sensitiveconversations
Strongorganisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, time manage, andmeet deadlines
Highattention to detail
Excellentinterpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Acollaborative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to a growingindustry
Tertiaryqualifications in science, health science or nursing (desirable but notessential)
Proficiencyin the Microsoft Office suite
