brand new Hawthorn
store, set to open early October ****!

What you'll be doing
Lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Drive sales performance and smash targets
Create a high-energy, positive store culture
Partner with your Optometrist to grow both retail and clinical success
Run a smooth,



efficient operation—without ever compromising on service
What we're looking for
Proven
Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level
(or equivalent)
Experience in optics is highly regarded; alternatively, if you have supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality or similar and are keen to learn - we are keen to teach! so we strongly encourage you to apply.
