Now looking to enter their next phase of growth, they are searching for an experienced Business Development Manager to join them and lead the team to a new level of success!

Your Duties

Upon joining this incredible team, your duties will include, but not be limited to:
Generate current management leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound activity
Convert appraisals into signed managements with confident, value-driven presentations
Build strong, trust-based relationships with landlords and investors to drive long-term growth
Maintain a consistent pipeline through strategic follow-up and CRM tracking
Collaborate with the PM team to ensure seamless onboarding of current properties




Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stayonestep ahead and identify current opportunities

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience in a Business Development Manager role or generating new rental listings within the real estate industry
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude and hunger for results
Able to build genuine relationships with landlords and clients
Strong understanding of the local rental market and current industry trends
