Area 51 BNE seeks an experienced Venue Operations Manager to oversee performance, health and safety compliance, injury management, and customer journey across multiple venues. You will embed robust leadership, systems and standards from day one to support opening current venues.

You will lead venue teams, drive operational standards, manage budgets, and partner with the executive team. Regular travel to venues in Qld and NSW is required, with initial training in Ipswich, QLD for up to four months.
