Blackwoods is seeking a Customer Care Consultant in Mackay, Queensland, to be the first point of contact for Mega Mining customers. You will resolve inquiries quickly, coordinate with Sales, Warehouse Operations, Purchasing, Accounts and partners, and strive for exceptional service and accuracy.

You will handle orders, identify customer needs, and manage EDI exceptions while continuously learning processes, policies, and tools to improve the customer experience.
