We’re looking for an experienced Bookkeeper who is highly skilled in using Xero and bookkeeping fundamentals to perform day-to-day processing for a varied client base, and also contribute meaningfully to an already well‑established bookkeeping team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage full‑cycle bookkeeping across a client portfolio

Perform bank, credit card and intercompany reconciliations

Process payroll (end-to-end)

Process Accounts Payable and Receivable

Prepare and lodge BAS, IAS and payroll‑related reporting such as STP and TPAR

Prepare any other required reporting to support accounting colleagues or to meet clients business needs

Review work when/if required of any junior team members

What You’ll Bring:





Significant bookkeeping experience, ideally in a public practice or client‑facing role.

Solid understanding of Xero and related add‑ons; experience with other cloud-based tools is a bonus.

Excellent communication skills - you enjoy working closely with clients and understanding their businesses.

A proactive mindset with a focus on quality and team success.
