We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our Q Ford team in Beenleigh.

This is a customer service-focused role where you will become an integral part of the customer journey, helping to deliver a premium experience to customers interacting with our Service Department. Previous experience in an automotive dealership or a similar setting will be highly regarded, but is not essential.

Responsibilities
Scheduling customer appointments
Answering incoming phone calls
Responding to online enquiries
Reviewing and preparing appointments for the following day
Assisting with customer enquiries and providing exceptional service
Greeting and assisting customers visiting our Service Department




Managing enquiries efficiently and accurately
Maintaining a welcoming and presentable front-of-house area

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
A customer-first mindset and a positive, can-do attitude
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Excellent time management skills
Confident written and verbal communication abilities
The ability to work effectively within a small team environment
Dealership experience is advantageous but not essential
