About the Role

Working across large-scale subdivision and development projects, you'll lead a small team while remaining hands‑on in the delivery of commercial landscaping works. You'll be responsible for maintaining productivity, quality and safety on site while ensuring projects are completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a small commercial landscaping crew
Read and interpret landscape and construction plans
Set out works using a laser level
Complete hands‑on landscaping duties alongside the team
Ensure work is completed safely,



efficiently and to a high standard
Coordinate with supervisors, subcontractors and other trades on site

What We're Looking For

To be successful, you will have:
Previous experience as a Leading Hand in commercial landscaping
Experience working on civil construction, subdivisions or land development projects
Ability to confidently read and interpret construction and landscape plans
Experience using laser levels for set‑out
Solid practical landscaping skills
Excellent leadership and communication skills
A reliable work ethic with a strong commitment to safety

White Card
Current Driver Licence and reliable transport
Relevant machinery tickets or landscaping qualifications
