The Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will take responsibility for delivering accurate and timely financial reporting while supporting commercial decision-making across a growing national business. This role blends technical accounting with business partnering and people leadership, making it a genuinely rewarding position for someone looking to grow their career in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts across multiple sites, including variance analysis and KPI reporting
Manage budgets, forecasts, cashflow, and CAPEX reporting to support strategic decision‐making
Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes including complex journals and inter‐company transactions
Ensure compliance across BAS, FBT, PAYG, payroll tax, and superannuation obligations
About You
CA/CPA qualified or working towards
3-5 years' experience in a Financial Accountantor similar role
Strong technical accounting capability across reporting, compliance, and month‐end processes
Experience in a multi‐site or hospitality/entertainment environment highly regarded
