ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Supply Planning Analyst to step into a varied, hands-on role supporting a busy planning team during a temporary backfill. Working closely with Retail, Sales, Product, Marketing and Supply Chain, you'll ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time through forecasting, inventory analysis and supply planning. This role offers the perfect blend of analytical work and cross-functional stakeholder engagement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both detailed data analysis and commercial collaboration.
DUTIES
Manage supply plans across apparel and accessories to support forecast demand
Analyse large datasets to identify inventory trends, risks and opportunities
Forecast inventory requirements and purchase volumes
Prepare reporting for inventory meetings and supply planning reviews
Monitor product launches and highlight stock risks or delays
Partner with Retail, Sales, Product and Marketing teams to align inventory with seasonal campaigns
Maintain planning documentation and purchasing schedules
Communicate with internal stakeholders to support the end-to-end supply planning process
Deliver ad hoc reporting and insights to support business decisions
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in Supply Planning is essential
Experience in inventory planning, merchandise planning or allocation highly regarded
SAP experience preferred
Advanced Excel skills with confidence managing large, complex datasets
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical capability
Strong forecasting and inventory management experience
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and hit the ground running
Procurement planning experience will also be considered where forecasting responsibilities have been involved
