You'll provide specialist advice to management and stakeholders to support operational efficiencies, with exposure to unions, tribunals, and courts.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Workplace/Industrial Relations, solid investigations experience, and a solid understanding of Fair Work Act and enterprise bargaining.
