Now, Regal is looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to support our Project and Construction teams.
Working closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, you'll play a key role in keeping projects on time, on budget, and compliant with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
We would love to hear from you if:
You have
4+ years' experience
as a Contract Administrator within the civil, construction, or landscaping industry
You have demonstrated experience managing contracts, project budgets, procurement, and construction programs
You hold tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred)
You have a current
Driver's Licence
and
White Card
You can confidently interpret construction drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities
You have advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
You have excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
You are organised, accountable,
and able to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
In this role, you'll have the chance to:
Administer contracts and support the successful delivery of live projects
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and assist with procurement activities
Manage purchasing, cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting
Coordinate materials, subcontractors, equipment, and project resources
Monitor WHS, Quality, and Environmental compliance across projects
Assess supplier and subcontractor compliance and performance
Support tender reviews, estimating activities, and business development initiatives
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal project teams
