Final Trim Grader Operators
to join our team on projects throughout the
Townsville region
.
This is an excellent opportunity for skilled operators looking for consistent local work with the potential to secure a permanent position within a growing and respected company.
About the Role
Working as part of an experienced civil construction team, you will be responsible for:
Operating graders to final trim tolerances on civil construction projects.
Reading and interpreting plans and levels.
Producing high-quality finished surfaces for roads, subdivisions and other civil works.
Conducting daily pre-start inspections and basic maintenance of plant.
Working safely and efficiently within a team environment.
Maintaining a high standard of workmanship while meeting project deadlines.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current
RII Grader
competency.
Demonstrated experience operating graders to




final trim standard
.
Experience working on road, subdivision or large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
Proven ability to work accurately to design levels and specifications.
Construction White Card.
Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, functional assessment, and drug & alcohol screening.
A strong commitment to workplace safety and quality outcomes.
Additional RII competencies for other civil plant and machinery - highly regarded
