The Role
MCA Engineering is seeking experienced Excavator Operators to join our team supporting worksbased out of Parkes with operations across NSW. Working on a 5/2 roster, this role will be responsible for operating excavators to support a range of surface works including earthworks, excavation, final trim and site preparation activities while maintaining safe and effective operations.
Selection Criteria:
Excavator Operator ticket
Demonstrated excavator operation experience
Final Trim experience




Experience in civil, construction or mining environments preferred
Experience in pipelaying is desirable
Proven ability to always adhere to safety procedures and maintain a safe, work environment
Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol testing.
