At SuperChoice, we deliver technology solutions that support the Australian and UK markets. We are looking for anAccount Manager Associate - Superto join our Sales and Marketing team in Sydney.
This role supports the Sales - Superannuation team in maintaining strong relationships with superannuation funds, administrators, employers, partners and internal teams. You will assist with client coordination, meeting preparation, follow-up actions, reporting, administration, billing enquiries and general relationship support.

What you'll be doing
As part of the Sales - Superannuation team, you will:
Support the Head of Funds with client follow-up, information gathering and issue coordination.
Respond to client enquiries in a timely, professional and accurate manner.
Follow up billing matters and billing enquiries with internal teams.
Coordinate client requests, internal actions and follow-up activities.
Support client meetings, presentations, reporting packs and account review materials.
Maintain accurate client records, meeting notes, actions and account information.
Prepare and update client dashboards and reporting.- Update CRM systems, reporting tools, spreadsheets and internal systems.
Follow up outstanding Jira items to support timely client outcomes.
Work with internal teams including Operations, Technology, Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Client Services.
Escalate client concerns,



billing issues, service risks or unresolved matters appropriately.
What we're looking for
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Experience in client service, account support, sales administration, relationship support or a similar role.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
The ability to manage follow-up actions and competing priorities.
The ability to build positive working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Confidence using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, reporting tools, dashboards, Jira or similar systems.
A professional, responsive and client-focused approach.
Experience in superannuation, financial services, payroll, clearing house, technology or employer services is desirable.
