Multi Entity Finance ownership for a global business
Role Overview
As a result of acquisition activity, this is a true month end reporting and Finance Business Partnering ownership role which is available for a subsidiary of a multi-national business. With multiple manufacturing sites across Australia, this role requires a solid, hands‐on operator to join at an exciting time for the business. In the short term there is a need to run the month end reporting for various entities on a stand‐alone basis, however the longer‐term plan is to align systems and processes with the remainder of the business.
Responsibilities
Full month end reporting ownership across multiple entities
Business Partnering with Sales and Operations Teams including decision support and cost analysis
Oversight of AP / AR
Cashflow Reporting
Continuous improvement of finance and system processes
Supporting overall divisional budgeting and forecasting activities
Candidate Profile
This role is a brilliant chance for a candidate who is seeking a role which provides financial and commercial support within a subsidiary of a global business. For the right candidate,



this role offers a genuine career path to a more senior role as the tasks, systems and processes develop. The ideal candidate will be CA / CPA Qualified and it is desired that the candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence both financial and non-financial stakeholders. ERP experience eg SAP, Oracle, D365, Navision is paramount in a multi-entity environment. Manufacturing experience will be looked upon favourably, however is not essential.
Based in Western Sydney, this is a regional office of a global manufacturer. The current team is extremely supportive and the opportunity awaits for someone to develop their career, and be mentored by, a highly experienced Senior Finance Leadership team. Occasional site travel maybe required and a hybrid working pattern is available, however it is encouraged that the successful candidate be on site more frequently whilst they develop their initial stakeholder relationships and learn the current finance processes.
