Project Manager - Fitout & Refurbishment

The Role
Project Manager joining a well established team delivering high quality fitout and refurbishment projects in the retail, hospitality and education sectors.
Manage client and stakeholder relationships
You will forecast and manage project budgets
Ensure quality process and delivery across all of your projects and project team
Managing RFI's to clients, architects, and consultants
Grow and develop your team members including site managers,



foreman and contracts administrators
Experience/Qualifications Required
A secure track record in delivering of commercial Fitout projects up to $5m in Australia
Fitout & refurbishment experience highly regarded within the retail sector
An ability to manage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
