What You'll Learn and Do:
Customer Interaction: Answer phone calls and emails,

Parts Identification: Identify the make, model, and variations of motor vehicles and automotive equipment.
Order Management: Regularly check databases to locate parts, order from warehouses or external suppliers, and process customer orders.
Logistics: Collect, pack, dispatch, or deliver ordered parts.
Inventory Management: Participate in stocktaking and update computer data.
Customer Support: Assist customers in repairing or replacing parts.
Essential Requirements:

Drivers licence
Ability to work in a dynamic, rapid-paced team environment.
