WesTrac is seeking a highly organised WIP Coordinator for our Hydraulics Workshop in Tomago on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will manage Work in Progress, ensuring jobs move efficiently, are completed on time and invoiced accurately.
Reporting to Workshop Supervisors, you will coordinate WIP, produce reports, forecast activity, and liaise with customers and internal teams. Solid admin, planning, and ERP experience are essential.
