About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Reception Supervisor to lead our Reception team while delivering exceptional service at the front desk. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will guide, coach, and support your team while also performing day‑to‑day reception duties.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate the Reception team to achieve KPIs and service excellence
Welcome and assist members, answer enquiries, and direct calls
Perform microphone announcements and provide accurate venue information




Ensure compliance with liquor and gaming regulations
Monitor and improve service standards to maximise patron satisfaction
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
Assist with rostering, training, and performance feedback for reception staff

What You’ll Bring
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a hospitality or club setting
RSA & RSG certification
Strong understanding of compliance and relevant legislation
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse demographic
Proven ability to manage time, resolve conflicts, and lead by example
Immaculate presentation and a passion for outstanding service
Current working rights in Australia
