Warehouse Store Person / Spare Parts Interpreter
We are seeking a reliable and self-motivatedWarehouse, Store Person/ Spare Parts Interpreterto join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for a range of warehouse operations, including order picking and packing, stock control, forklift operation, and supporting administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Success in this role depends on your ability to work independently and take initiative.
Key responsibilities include:
Checking and receipting purchase orders using Business Central (BC)
Picking and issuing parts for customer orders and service technicians
Process internal stock transfers between interstate branches, warehouses, and service vans
Ensure freight bookings are completed accurately and within required timeframes
Monitor shipment progress and resolve any freight-related issues or delays
Maintain accurate freight documentation and records




Managing inventory and conducting regular stocktakes to ensure accuracy
Preparing air conditioning units for dispatch using a gantry crane and appropriate tools
Communicating effectively with stakeholders and reporting any issues promptly
Operate a flatbed laser cutting machine to accurately prepare and cut window film orders
Answer customer enquiries and process spare parts orders via phone and email using BC
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Valid forklift licence
Can do attitude, Ability to work independently and within a team
Experience with Business Central will be an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools – particularly Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams
Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and excellent time management
Staying on task, thinking ahead, and planning effectively are essential skills for this role
Previous experience with Business Central or a similar inventory system (preferred)
