Stark Civil on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Senior Estimator / Tender Manager to own bids, take-offs, pricing and bid strategy across diverse civil projects. Based on the Sunshine Coast, you will lead the estimating team, coordinate subcontractor pricing and work with delivery teams to ensure competitive, accurate tenders.
You will apply solid commercial judgement, assess risk and opportunities, and mentor junior estimators.
