About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Registered Nurses to join our growing Sydney team.
Working within the community, you will provide high-quality clinical care and oversight to clients with complex health needs, including spinal cord injuries and other high-intensity support requirements.
You will work closely with support workers, allied health professionals, families, and the broader care team to ensure safe, effective, and person-centred care is delivered at all times.
This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced clinical supports, including:
Ventilator management
Tracheostomy care
PEG feeding and management
Complex respiratory care
Spinal cord injury support
Clinical assessment and oversight of support teams

About You
Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
Experience working with individuals with complex care needs
Previous disability or community nursing experience (highly regarded)
Experience with ventilators and tracheostomies
Strong manual handling skills and experience
Experience providing personal care and clinical support
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A compassionate, skilled, and person-centred approach to care
