About the Role

We’re looking for a Trainee Help Desk Technician to join our technical team.

This is an excellent opportunity to start your IT career, learn from experienced engineers, and develop real-world support skills in a friendly, supportive setting.

What you’ll do
Assist with basic help desk and user support
Troubleshoot common computer and software issues




Learn networking, systems and IT best practices
Work alongside experienced engineers and mentors

What you’ll need
A excellent attitude and enthusiasm to learn
Passion for computers and operating systems
Willingness to listen, take feedback and grow
Good problem-solving skills
Developing communication skills
Current driver’s licence (provisional or full)
Australian citizenship (required for this role)
Basic home-user IT experience (minimum)
