Paediatric Speech Pathologist | Clinic & School-Based Role
Our client runs a small but highly in-demand private practice located in Neutral Bay, which started as a solo venture and has now expanded to include a team of dedicated Speech Pathologists.
They provide a wide range of services, from supporting children with speech and language delays to adults with speech difficulties. The practice has never had anyone leave due to its positive and relaxed culture, offering a unique opportunity for growth in a collaborative and supportive environment.

About the position
Due to increasing demand, our client is looking to bring on 1-2 passionate and Speech Pathologists to join their team. The role offers flexibility in working across both clinic and school settings, with one school just two blocks from the office and others across the Northern Beaches, Lane Cove, and North Shore areas. You can also choose a hybrid approach, working both in the clinic and within schools, depending on your preference.
The caseload is wide-ranging, with clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, and Global Development Delay. You'll work with clients experiencing stuttering, late talking, literacy difficulties, and more. This is a generalist clinic, giving you the opportunity to broaden your expertise across various conditions and demographics.
The practice offers a highly collaborative, informal, and supportive environment,



where team members help each other grow through open communication and regular supervision tailored to experience levels. Our client values autonomy and welcomes input from self-starters who can suggest improvements to enhance service delivery.

Salaries from $80,000 - $111,000 + Super

Requirements/Skills
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
SPA membership
Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
Minimum 3 years' experience
