Trayne Consulting is currently recruiting a Showroom Consultant for our client who is recognised as an Australian leader in the design and manufacture of high-quality windows.
Based in the Chevallum showroom on the Sunshine Coast, this role will see you working closely with homeowners, builders and trade customers to provide product advice, prepare quotes and support the sales process. You will be the face of the showroom, delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the wider sales team.
This position would suit someone with consultative sales or customer service experience who enjoys building relationships and helping customers find the right solution for their renovation or building project.

The Role
As the Showroom Consultant you will manage the day-to-day showroom experience while supporting the branch sales team.
Key responsibilities include:
Welcoming and assisting customers visiting the showroom
Providing product advice and guiding customers through available solutions
Preparing quotes and managing sales enquiries from initial contact through to follow-up
Supporting external sales representatives with quotes and administration
First point of contact via phone and online enquiries and maintaining CRM records
Ensuring the showroom and marketing materials are professionally presented
Building strong relationships with builders, trades and homeowners
The role often operates independently within the showroom, so you will need to be comfortable managing enquiries, prioritising tasks and taking ownership of the customer experience.
About You
To be successful in this role you will bring:
Experience in consultative sales, showroom sales or customer-facing roles
Strong communication and relationship building skills
A qualified and customer focused approach
The ability to learn technical products and building industry knowledge
Confidence using MS Office and CRM systems
A proactive attitude and ability to work independently whilst working as part of a wider team
