About the Role
With us, you'll have the opportunity to build your expertise, work directly with corporate and private clients, and grow within our national organisation.
What You'll Be Doing
Conducting physiological assessments and lifestyle counselling for executive and corporate clients, supporting real behavioural change
Delivering a consistently high standard of service, even during busy periods
Writing explicit, accurate client reports that outline focus areas following each consultation
Working alongside our medical team to identify and progress client health goals
Managing your appointment schedule with strong time management, including the varied start times and occasional regional travel outlined above
Helping shape new products and services as the team grows
Maintaining client confidentiality at all times
Keeping on top of your professional development and accreditation
What You'll Bring
A degree in Exercise Physiology or Exercise Science with ESSA accreditation
1-2 years' clinical experience




Fantastic communication skills - you'll be interacting with people from all backgrounds, including executives
Willingness to travel overnight approximately once a month to regional locations
Willingness to learn and grow with us
Current First Aid/CPR accreditation
Police Check (to be arranged if not current)
ESSA Membership
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience with health/fitness assessments and lifestyle coaching
Knowledge of nutrition and corporate health programs
Experience in exercise stress testing
