About the Role

Working closely with the venue leadership team,



you’ll help oversee day‑to‑day operations across the bar, gaming and customer experience while leading from the front during busy service periods.

What We’re Looking For
Previous hospitality leadership experience within pubs, bars or gaming venues
Solid customer service and communication skills
Experience leading teams during busy service periods
Confident with cash handling, banking and end‑of‑night procedures
Strong operational and compliance focus
RLMV & Approved Managers License, RSA & RSG essential
Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, nights and weekends
Someone who enjoys country hospitality, live atmosphere and being part of the local community
