This weekday‑only role will suit a practical, proactive safety professional who can build strong site relationships, support compliance, and help drive a positive safety culture across civil works. For logistical considerations, it would suit a candidate who currently resides in WA’s south west within reasonable driving distance.

About the Role
Conduct site inspections, workplace audits and safety observations
Facilitate pre‑starts, toolbox meetings and safety discussions
Support incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions as required
Monitor compliance with site procedures, client requirements and WA WHS legislation
Maintain project HSE documentation, records and reporting
Promote proactive risk management and continuous improvement




Provide practical, solutions‑focused HSE support across the project

About You
Previous experience as an HSE Advisor within site‑based civil construction environments in mining
Solid knowledge of WA Work Health and Safety legislation
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with crews, supervisors and client representatives
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Current C Class manual driver’s licence
White Card
Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (minimum)
Current First Aid certification
ICAM or similar investigation experience (highly regarded)
