The role

You will manage a residential portfolio with the support of an experienced team and reliable systems. Your responsibilities will include:
Building positive relationships with landlords and tenants
Managing repairs and maintenance
Conducting routine inspections
Overseeing rent reviews, lease renewals and arrears
Managing tenancy commencement and vacate processes
Resolving tenancy matters professionally and efficiently
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring legislative compliance




Working collaboratively with the wider property management team

About you

You will ideally have:
Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio
A current Real Estate Licence
Sound knowledge of NSW residential tenancy legislation
Robust communication and relationship-management skills
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
The ability to remain calm and make valuable decisions under pressure
A proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
