Bright Steps Academy Murray Bridge is seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators holding a Certificate III or Diploma to join our supportive and welcoming team.
We are looking for educators who are committed to providing high-quality education and care, building strong relationships with children and families, and contributing positively to our centre culture.

The Role
Deliver high-quality, play-based educational programs aligned with the EYLF
Create warm, inclusive, and engaging learning environments
Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Support children's learning, wellbeing, and development




Work collaboratively as part of a professional team
About You
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
Sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF
A genuine passion for working with children and families
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Current Working with Children Check
