The role emphasises safety, planning and delivering targets.
The ideal candidate will hold NSW MEM or be pursuing it, have S1/S2/S3, at least three years in open-cut supervision, and a proven ability to motivate teams and drive continuous improvement.
You will work across shifts and mentor a diverse crew.
