About the Role
Cordium, a respected name in Australian healthcare, is seeking a dedicated Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our vibrant medical practice and the co-located urgent care clinic.
In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping a high-performing, patient-focused environment that supports both our clinical team and the wider community.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth running of the practice
Lead and support the admin team – recruitment, training, rosters, performance
Liaise with doctors, nurses, patients, and external stakeholders professionally
Implement and refine systems, procedures, and policies to improve service delivery
Monitor practice budgets, billing, and financial performance
Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Support strategic planning and the growth of the practice
