Pacific Fresh is a citrus packing facility located in the heart of the Murrumbidgee Irrigation Area.
We source a wide variety of locally grown citrus from our own farms across the Riverina region of NSW.
Our purpose is to ensure fruit is and dispatched safely, efficiently, and on time.

About the RolePacific Fresh is seeking an organised and detail-focusedDispatch Administration Officerto support our distribution and logistics operations.
This role is central to ensuring customer orders, stock movements and transport documentation are processed accurately and efficiently while delivering outstanding service to our customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate inbound and outbound product movements.
Manage customer orders through the ABC software system.
Prepare dispatch paperwork and pallet transfer documentation.
Liaise with customers, transport providers and internal teams.




Maintain accurate stock movement records.
Participate in stocktakes and inventory reconciliations.
Manage CHEP and Viscount pallet accounts.
Prepare horticultural transfer documentation.
Assist with customer enquiries and order issues.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across dispatch operations.
About You
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong customer service and communication abilities.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment.
Commitment to workplace health and safety.
First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
Dispatch, logistics or warehouse administration experience is desirable but not essential.
Flexibility Required
This role may require additional hours during peak seasonal periods to support operational requirements.
