Key Responsibilities
Manage the revenue and sales ledger across several internal systems and payment platforms
Daily transaction processing and reconciliations across Xero, CRM and multiple sales systems
Monitor data feeds revenue platforms to ensure accuracy and completeness
Prepare internal invoices and assist with tenant rent & utilities
Perform daily and month‐end reconciliations and support AASB 15 revenue recognition
Assist with payroll for approx.
40+ staff
Gain exposure to fixed assets, investments, balance sheet reconciliations, budgeting & forecasting
Support finance transformation initiatives including reporting improvements, budgeting tool enhancement and opportunities for digital/AI‐driven process uplift
About You
1–3 years' experience in accounting
Strong reconciliation capability and attention to detail
Comfortable working across multiple systems and data sources
Studying or intending to commence CPA/CA
Experience in NFPs, membership bodies, SaaS/subscription revenue or education/RTO environments is advantageous
