The role
We're currently seeking 30 enthusiastic Inbound Customer Service Consultants to join a busy and dynamic contact centre based in Granville.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with wagering enquiries, account support, and a range of general customer service requests.
You'll provide outstanding service to both new and existing customers while working in a fast-paced, customer focused environment.

What's On Offer
Start Date:Monday 17th August ****
Location:Based in the Granville Contact Centre, just a 2-minute walk from Clyde train station and a 5-minute stroll from Granville train station.
Free parking is also available.
Shifts:Rotating roster between7:00am and 10:15pm, Monday to Saturday.
Please note
Availability to workevery Saturdayis essential.




You will also be required to work onMelbourne Cup DayandOaks Day.
These requirements are non-negotiable.
This is a casual role working onsite at the Granville office on a rotating roster.
Training:4 weeks of full time training will be provided Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, with a combination of classroom-based learning and practical on-the-floor coaching.
What We're Looking For
Previous customer service experience in a retail or contact centre environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
A positive attitude with resilience and a strong work ethic
Confidence using multiple computer systems simultaneously
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
A passion for sports is a bonus, but not essential!
