Versatile Group is seeking an experiencedWarehouse Managerto lead our warehouse operation and drive safety, inventory accuracy, customer service and operational efficiency.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys building high-performing teams, improving processes and leading from the warehouse floor.

About the Role
Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of warehouse operations, including inbound, inventory, picking, packing, dispatch and team leadership.
You'll ensure the warehouse operates safely, efficiently and with the discipline required to support a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily warehouse operations across receiving, storage and dispatch
Maintain high inventory accuracy and oversee cycle counts and stocktakes
Drive productivity, labour efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives




Ensure customer orders are picked accurately and delivered on time
Champion a solid safety culture and WHS compliance
Coach, develop and lead a high-performing warehouse team
Monitor and report on key operational KPIs
About You
You'll bring:
Proven experience managing a warehouse or distribution operation
Strong leadership and people management skills
Experience with inventory control and warehouse management systems
A continuous improvement mindset with strong problem-solving ability
Sound knowledge of WHS requirements
The ability to lead by example and create a culture of accountability
