Optus is seeking a Network Operations Centre (NOC) Manager to lead a team of network engineers on a 24/7/365 operation, in office at our corporate head offices in Australia.
You will coordinate incident management, monitor dashboards, and ensure flawless service delivery with a rotating roster aligned to the same.
You'll oversee shift duties, supervise infrastructure and monitoring tools, and liaise with management to drive performance and training initiatives for NOC technicians.
