What You'll Be Doing
As a Service Advisor Trainee, you'll play an key role in delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the dealership's service department.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting customers and assisting with service enquiries.
Booking vehicle servicing and repair appointments.
Liaising between customers and workshop technicians.
Keeping customers informed about the progress of their vehicle.
Preparing invoices and processing payments.
Completing administration and front‐of‐house duties.
Assisting with the day‐to‐day coordination of the service department.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and has a genuine interest in the automotive industry.
You'll ideally have:
A passion for the automotive industry.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A professional, friendly and reliable attitude.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn.
A current driver's licence is preferred but not essential.
